Product Design Lead

Design lead for AI-native, agent-driven enterprise products, owning end-to-end design direction across the Docket AI platform.
• Leading design for the Docket Marketing Agent, a voice and text AI agent, transforming the B2B website into a concierge-style buying experience through intent-driven conversational flows.
• Defined interaction models for voice and text AI agents, including turn-taking, recovery from uncertainty, and human–AI collaboration in high-stakes enterprise scenarios.
• Designed enterprise knowledge and RFP experiences enabling teams to discover, reuse, and trust critical information at scale.
• Ensured cohesive experiences across Web App, Chrome Extension, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and macOS.
• Built and scaled Lumen Studio, the internal design system, establishing shared foundations for interaction patterns, visual language, and accessibility.
• Leading and mentoring the design team; setting quality standards, strengthening design culture, and maintaining velocity as product complexity grows.

Design lead across multiple products within ZoomInfo’s large-scale GTM platform, partnering closely with Product and Engineering.
• Led design for four concurrent products across varying maturity stages, balancing discovery, execution, and system coherence.
• Drove two 0→1 product journeys, shaping product vision, core workflows, and UX foundations from concept to launch.
• Led a key ML-driven product supporting 500+ enterprise customers, scaling into a core product line.• Owned UX evolution for a mature enterprise product used by 1,800+ customers, improving usability and consistency at scale.
• Managed and mentored the India-based design team; owned delivery quality, team growth, and cross-timezone collaboration.
